Question : Im having migraine, i drink med around 730pm but still painful drink paracetamol around 830, now its 930pm still painful. Can i drink painkillers again??????? Hslp

You can take about 3gms of paracetamol per day.

Since two doses has not helped you to get rid of headache, I would suggest to change the medication.

I would recommend Tab Naprosyn 500 taken after food whenever the headache do not subside with paracetamol.
