no sir there is no discharge from the left ear
since yesterday
no sir i haven't take any medication yet.

Try Ibuprofen

Thanks for the information.

You can take Tab Ibuprofen 400mg twice daily for two days. This will reduce the pain. But you need to get your ear examined to rule out infection if the pain continues.
