Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
The symptoms you are experiencing may be related to a gynecological issue, most probably fibrinoid . It is an growth of uterus, not cancerous that can have different sizes. It can cause increased uterine bleeding, need to urinate and frequent urination while compressing the bladder, a heavy feeling in the pelvis, back pain and leg pain because of the compression of pelvic nerves.
The treatment is surgery, removing the fibroid or even entire uterus if fibroids are numerous and also estimating other factors.
You may need to do an ultrasound to check for its size. Visit your gynaecologist.
Hope I have answered the question.
