Question : Im married for one year and 03 months we both having unsafe sex for one year but we were very much of concern about inside sex on ovulation periods that we didinot. howevrr we strated on this one month ago but no results do we have to check us on fertility on this?

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, having unprotected sexual act for one year and still unable to conceive, so I think it should get evaluated.

For further assessment I would suggest you ( you and your partner) to consult with fertility specialist for detailed clinical examination.

H/She may procure semen analysis, ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, hormonal testing including testosterone/LH/FSH levels as per evaluation.

You may also require hysterosalpingography SOS to evaluate condition of uterus and fallopian tubes.

Till then you can also use ovulation kit to know about ovulation period.

Along with that avoid stress. Take balanced diet and proper rest. Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have it. Try to reduce weight if you are obese.

we had safe sex on fertile days as i did not ejaculate inside the vagina. we strated to expect baby one month ago therefore we still need to consult sooner or are we to wait fr 2 or 3 months

In between if you are having safe sex than you can wait for next 2 to 3 months.

You can use ovulation kit to know about ovulation period.
