Question: Im not sure what I did to my foot but it hurts when I put pressure on it, when the foot is extended to a point or if the foot is tilted to the right. It is the right foot near the heel where this pain occurs. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Brief Answer:
You can have plantar fascitis according to my opinion.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to the 'Ask A Doctor service'.
I have read your query and below is my answer.

The heel is connected to toes by one fascia called plantar fascia. Somehow due to tear you are having inflammation in plantar fascia according to my opinion.

You should try not to put much pressure on foot while walking.
It's advisable to take rest for one week.

You can take over the counter anti inflammatory drug like brufen for five days.

Apply ice over foot around the heel.

If no improvement in five days than you have to consult nearby orthopedic surgeon for discussion of further management options like exercise, steroid injcetion etc.

Hope I have solved your doubt.

I w'll be glad to help you further whenever needed.

Best regards
