Question : Im noticing a dark area from when I starting puberty, it doesnt hurt nor does it transfer, my question is what is it and is this a woman of color thing?

I see the photo you attached and the area around your vagina entry is a bit darker than other skin. The skin there doesn't seem increased, not inflammation or other things to get concerned.
It is normal to have a bit darker skin around the vagina and it is not only for woman of colour but for every woman. The fact that you feel normal without itching, pain or discharge this means that it is normal.
I think this is nothing to get concerned.
