Question : I’m on a paliperidone depot, quetiapine, procyclidine and mirtazapine. Is it safe to take ondansetron?

Ondansetron interacts with paliperidone and quetiapine as all these three medications do affect the QTc interval in the heart and increasing the risk for arrhythmias.
It is considered a serious interaction and alternative treatment is recommended.
