Question : 1. I'm paralyzed so I have no movement below my shoulders.
2. So I had the flu 3 weeks ago and I had a weird feeling in my stomach while I was laying down. The top of my stomach was tight and a slick feeling from my upper stomach down my arms.A couple hours later I got nauseated and started pooping and puking. The top of my stomach hurt for the next few days but the tingly slick feeling went away the next day.
3. So I felt better the next 3 weeks until this last Thursday. It was noon and then my upper stomach suddenly got tight and nausea was back with the tingly slick feeling down my arms and upper stomach. I get vertigo when I lay on it sometimes.
4. It comes and go to this day. 5 days. I don't have diarrhea or puking. It's hard to know what this is since I am paralyzed and don't have much feeling.
So I don't know what is wrong and all the nausea medicine seems to make me constipated and lightheaded.

                                    Brief Answer:
Can be benign positional vertigo
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think that before three weeks you had a viral infection with nausea and diarrhea.
This time possibly it can be a vertigo syndrome which is also causing nausea. Taking count that you have vertigo when laying down it can be benign positional vertigo.
Also some nausea medications can cause constipation.
I think you may need to visit an ENT doctor to examine you.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.

Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
If you are having stomach pain and nausea it can be caused by gastritis.
You may have gastritis and vertigo at the same time.
