Question : I’m really confused about somethings going on with my body. I have always had a 25day cycle and am 3 days late well this morning I started spotting light red but no clots so far and it’s no where near as heavy as normal. I usually have to have the super plus tampons and change them like every two hours . I had a reg tampon in overnight and hardly anything on it when I woke up. I took a test every morning the past few morning and got what 3 people thought were faint lines . Should I be worried or what could be going on

                                    Brief Answer:
I think it is a normal period.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I believe the spotting you are having may be related to period. In a normal cycle you should not change tampons or pads during night meaning that amount at night is very low.
You are not much clear at explaining the test results you had. If you had three tests showing two faint lines then the result is positive if you had one faint line in each test then the results are negative meaning that you are not pregnant.
I believe the amount of bleeding may be increased during the day and next next days coming.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
