Question : I'm sleepy when I get up after 10 hours of sleep on a CPAP. Constant tiredness.

I understand your concern.

After reviewing the medications that you are taking
there are two possible causes of your tiredness.

It can be hypotension due to the blood pressure medication Amlodipine.

So, I suggest to check at least two times a day the blood pressure.

It can also be related to hypothyroidism.

I suggest to check the thyroid hormone levels and continue taking Levothyroxine.

Meanwhile, I suggest to eat healthy, exercise daily and drink a lot of liquids.

I also suggest to use a vitamin B supplement to help with the tiredness.
