Question : I'm taking contrave it's working well I'm on two a day but it calls for upping dose weekly why do I need that?

Contrave works with maximum efficacy at 4 pills per day regime. 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills at night. The dose should be gradually increased over the weeks. Lesser dosage is recommended only for people with renal or hepatic impairment. or people on other medications.
