Question : While in the shower, this morning, I noticed a small brown spot on the shaft of my penis. Its VERY small, smaller than a period on a sheet of paper. The skin doesn't feel any different in that area.

I'm very worried that thia could be cancer.

It can be melanosis or mole. Penile cancer is unlikely as it is present with ulcer like growth.

I have gone through your photos.
It looks like a minor eczema or skin infection.
Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself in few days.
As of now no treatment is required and you can wait four to five days for spontaneous regression.
