Brief Answer:
Pyoderma, oral & topical antibiotics, anti inflammatory medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and it seems to be pyoderma which is infection of the skin.
I would recommend you to take a course of oral and topical antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicine.
I would recommend you to take tablet cephalexin 500 mg twice daily for 5 days and apply fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days .
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
For pain take tablet ibuprofen.
This should improve your problem.

Dr Asmeet
