Question: hi i had unprotected sex 0n the 23rd at 5am. took postinor 2 first tablet after 7 hours.
i just saw that i bought the fake medicine not the original one please help. can i take the original one now. i don't want to get pregnant. i don't want to visit a doctor . please help

This means i will have taken 4 pills . That is 2 differnent brands. I took postinor 2 twice last month at differnt times but everything went normal . But am very scared of this time . Assuming am wrong and the 1st one isnt fake .it will mean i have taken overdose thus 4 pills please help . I dont want to visit a doctor .will it cause ectopic pregnancy cos maybe i have delayed

The medicine is a progesterone drug and shall cause the bleed by causing a progesterone withdrawal. It doesn't increase the tubal motility or effect tubes in any way and hence drug per se doesn't cause ectopic.
The side effect you may experience may be only in the next cycles when your menses can get delayed by 10 days or so, but thats a known side effect and need not worry. As of now, just wait for the bleeding to start. Just relax as stress itself can cause delay in menses.

Actually am yet to take all 2 at a goal or i should still take this one also 12 hrs apart?what about the previous month experience . In that case i will be taken postinor 2 four times in 2 months . The last month experience was in 2 different weeks but this one is the same time 23 n 24th march with 4 pills . What if the fake one is not really fake .the i have taken overdose which i hear is dangerous . And if it is really fake then how dangerous is it ? Pls help n

If the previous pills are not fake then there is no need to repeat the pills at all. I am not sure how you labelled the pills as fake..?

I read from the internet these ones are fake . Attached is an image.can you please check ? Or maybe am wrong ? Am also worried to take the white one incase the 1st one was afterall not fake . Prevention is better than cure . I dont want yo visit the clinic for the iud as suggested am too far away from hosiptal taken 2 postinor pack (4pils) in 48 hrs . Am scared i may bleed to loose my life . Actually my period was on the 7th. So i think i was ovulating at that time of sex

It is likely to be heavy in the first 2 days and then reduce.if it continues heavy then you can takr Tab Tranexamic acid 500mg three times a day for 5 days to reduce and stop the bleed. Just relax.dont panic.you would be fine.

Am yet to take the last 2 at a go . Is it possible to check drug image and verify? Is it also possible that i may not bleed at all after taken all 4 pills

I want you to relax and not be afraid. I understand your concern completely here. Firstly if you have boight the drug from a registered chemist then it is unlikely to be a fake. You can visit the chemist and check for the other lot. Only thing is it should not be expired.
I am not sure which country are you in.In USA ,spurious drugs are not available as there is always a FDA approval associated.

Am in ghana (africa) ofcos there are so many fake drugs here . No it will expire in in 2016. I have the feeling that its better i take before it is too late .only afaraid of the afternath
