Brief Answer:
What is your blood pressure? What other medications do you take?
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.
I will start off by requesting more information on your current medications and any other disease conditions that you have. Also, is this lightheadedness constant and when do you experience it most?
Once i hear from you, I will be able to refine further as I narrow down the list of possible causes.

Brief Answer:
Try low dose steroids!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed this information fully. Honestly, there is no single element that pinpoints the cause of your dizziness/lightheadedness given the fact that an extensive workup has shown nothing wrong as of yet. However, seen the fact that you have diffuse underlying rheumatological conditions which are often accompanied by inflammation, I recommend a trial of low dose steroids. If these help, we would maintain and if not, let me know for further insights.
Keep me updated.

Brief Answer:
MIXED connective tissue disease!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I said this is probably a case of diffuse inflammatory reactions around the body for which I recommend the use of low dose steroids for relief. Let me know how this goes.
I wish you well.
