After the fall, since there was bleeding from both nose and mouth, an XXXXXXX injury of the head is likely. The persistent pain and intermittent cries are also indicative of an XXXXXXX trauma. He needs a detailed physical examination and investigations like MRI scan of head and neck to find out the extent and seriousness of the injury he has suffered.
