Question : My grandson is 7 month has been vomiting for 7 days stait also has liquidy stool occ gray otherwise green!!! Has had cold runny nose cough for about a month been to dr hospital just starting its a virus!!!

Hi welcome to HCM!
yes it sounds like viral gastroenteritis.

Give him plenty of fluids ,pedialyte and see that he passes good amount of urine.
Avoiding dehydration is important.If he stall continues to vomit,then you have to take him to the doctor-he may need IV fluids.
The loose stools will stop in 3-4 days time.
No need for antibiotics.
