                                    Brief Answer:
Can you name the pill you been taking...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
From what I understand you took the Sunday's pill on Saturday. To understand the problem better can you name the birth control pill that you are on?
You also said you opened a new package (Sunday's pill) on saturday? Do you mean you have 7 pill package and not the regular 21 or 28 pill package?
Awaiting your response...
Regards

                                    Brief Answer:
Continue the same or start a new pack...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
From what I understand you were supposed to take the final pill of 'week 4' (while pill); but instead started with new pack 'week 1' . If my assumption is wrong please clarify.
Tri sprintec is a triphasic hormone pill where the dosage of 2 hormones vary depending on the week. Therefore you are not supposed to take 1st week pills on 4th week. However when you have started a new pack (1st pill of week 1) by accident on the last day of week 4, you may continue the medications without break. At the end of week 4, when you finish off with all pills, start the next pack a day later. In other words, you will need to continue the pills regularly now, you will finish this pack a day earlier (since you started week 1 pill, a day earlier). Once completed, you will skip a day and then start subsequent fresh pack at the earlier designated day.
This will allow you to remain protected during the month and correct the schedule next month when you begin the pack afresh.
Hope I am clear. Let me know if you need clarifications.
