There can be various reasons. I need to have more details pertaining to your symptoms in left lower abdomen.

1. Since when are you facing this problem?
2. Whether continuous or intermittent?
3. Is there an associated constipation or loose stools?
4. What is the color of your stools?
5. What are the aggravating and relieving factors?
6. Is there a feeling of fatigue and weakness?
7. Is there any weight loss?
8. Are there episodes of abdominal distension with inability to pass gas or stools in the past?
9. Is there any associated fever?
10. Any surgeries or other ailments or treatments being taken or taken in the past?
