The answer is c. After bone marrow transplantation
The donor lymphocytes proliferate and damage target organs, especially bone marrow. Therefore such damage may compromise a transplanted bone marrow. However, patients with severe immunodeficiency are at increased risk of Transfusion associated graft versus host disease (TA-GVHD).
