I am sending the picture of the irritation. Also I noticed some discharge on my underwear

I also sent the stain on my underwear that I noticed, I am not sexually active for a long time without interxourse, so I am very confused about what it could be. Also I have been using Vaseline on my penis for lubricant etc. Is that okay or what do I use for better
Brief Answer:
Probably folliculitis, follow the advice below

Okay I tried to send you the pictures of my issue and also the stain I saw on my underwear, also it looks a bit swollen and with some dark spots. I am not sure what the stain is about but overall it is not the normal and pain when I tried to ejaculate, sorry this is very embarrassing

Also is it better to shave the pubic hair off? If so, with a razor or the creams that women have in the store. The underwear that I use is briefs that I need to use for work. Should I change those then or just see if changes. I wear suits to work so I need my underwear tight for the fit. Is that bad? Also I have found that I can use the opening of underwear to get more air
Brief Answer:
Follow up explained below in details.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
Actually the tight underwear can irritate more the area.
It is recommended to use breathable underwear and clothes.
As per the stain in the underwear and pain during ejaculation, it can be related to many issues.
I recommend to do a urine test for further evaluation.
Hope it helps dear.

Okay, I don't have medical insurance yet so I can't get a urine test as it is expensive. Also I will do as you said and just use Vaseline when I need to, and since you said it is a hair infection, I should then get rid of all the pubic hair, correct? Should I have it waxed then?

Also, not sure if you are the right dr to ask this, but since I am not in a relationship for a long time, is masturbation have a negative effect on my erection ability? And also what is too much masturbation in my situation
Brief Answer:
Follow up queries.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
1) Actually, I recommend to avoid shaving or waxing as the irritation of the skin heals.
2)Masturbation does not cause ejaculation issues. It doesn't have any harmful side effects. There's no "too much" amount of masturbation.
So, you should not be worried.

Oh, I thought that it would interfere with at some point being able to be with a woman. And cause erection problems and ejaculation issues because I have been doing it more and more often. I feel like it is necessary to do now.
