Question: Hi .. I have 10 months baby . she has cold from last one week . no fever.
I have maxtra p medicine instead of maxtra from last 2 days. each time 0.4 ml dosage and 3 times in a day .

Just now I have recognized both are different. Could you please help me on it .. Is there any issue with it.

Please help me.

Hi....I understand your concern. Nothing to worry about it.

Even though there was no fever, you have given Paracetamol. But is not a overdose. So don't worry about it.

But I suggest that hereafter please avoid using combination medicines.
