Question : Hi .. I have 10 months baby . she has cold from last one week . no fever.
I have maxtra p medicine instead of maxtra from last 2 days. each time 0.4 ml dosage and 3 times in a day .

Just now I have recognized both are different. Could you please help me on it .. Is there any issue with it.

Nothing will happen - don't worry - please do not use combination drugs

Detailed Answer:
Hi....I understand your concern. Nothing to worry about it.

Even though there was no fever, you have given Paracetamol. But is not a overdose. So don't worry about it.

But I suggest that hereafter please avoid using combination medicines.
