Hello,

you can never eliminate the risk for side effects no matter the dosage but I can say that at such a low dose the risk is very low. You shouldn't take it if you have a very low blood pressure (systolic around 90mmHg) or low potassium levels. Remember to always ask your doctor before trying new drugs.
