Is 2.5 Mg Of Amlodipine A Safe Dosage?

Question: My wife is 86 years old and has afib and dtv. Presently on elequis, 2 5mg daily. Very weak and no appetite. In addition to age she has reduced kidney function and has lost weight weighs about 130 lbs.

Is eliquis dose too high?
