Question : My daughter took 30 mg of NyQuil. She is 10 & 68Lb
Brief Answer:
No need to worry.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
NyQuil contains Acetaminophen (650 mg/30 ml), Dextromethorphan, Doxylamine, and Pseudoephedrine. For her weight, about 450 mg Acetaminophen per dose is standard dose but a dose of 650 mg would be easily tolerated and would not give rise to any side effects. You therefore need not worry. Nothing needs to be done about it. However, if you see anything that seems out of place, feel free to take her to the ER.
Take care.
