Question : i normally take 25mg of doxepin to sleep but took 30mg tonight, is this to much or should i seek medical attention? I am 29 years old and take lexapro and niceazel

Recommended maximum dose of doxepine is 150-300 mg depending upon problem.

You are taking 25 mg normally. Took 30 mg today. It is not at all going to cause any problem. Just relax.No need of any medical attention.

Note: If you want to increase the dose, ask your doctor it is needed or not.
