Question : Hi just wanted to ask what is a normal rest heart rate?
I have noticed that my resting heart rate is around 52-66.
Is this good?
Or something to be worried about?
My blood pressure is nothing to be converned about either as have had chekced.
Blood sugar levels are 5.6 - 7.0 when measureed ( i am type 2 diabetic)
Just wanted another expert opinion.
Thanks in advance.

Brief Answer:
This is very good.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thank you for the query.
Yes, this is a very good resting heart rate. It means that your heart is strong and does not have to pump fast to deliver sufficient amount of blood.
It can be even lower if you perform regular physical activity.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
