Question: I have Actalin. Is it ok to use it without Doctor's approval ? I want try it to solve my frame problem. Is it ok, sir.

There is no published medical literature with substantial evidence basis, to the best of my knowledge at least, that supports the use of Actalin.

It is purported on the internet that it is peddled as thyroid support. Expert thyroid guidelines do not support the use of this at all.

Many practicing endocrinologists I know too deem such products unsafe.
