Brief Answer:
Not harmful unless taken in regular high dosage

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for choosing this platform

Allercet contains Cetrizine and it is a class one antihistaminic(antiallergic). The main side effect of this group of antihistaminics is drowsiness. Other less common side effects are irritability, fussiness, sometimes lack of sleep.

Side effects are very less if taken in normal therapeutic dose (10mg/day) and not on regular basis.

So, I won't get overly worried as you are taking Allercet intermittently. There are various studies and none showed significant side effect on babies when cetirizine is taken in normal dose by a lactating mother.

It would be better if you use newer generation antiallergic like Fexofenadine with lesser side effect.

Please let me know in case you have any more doubt.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Health supplement after 2 years of age

Detailed Answer:
Hi

You can use it safely twice or thrice a week in normal dose.
Health supplement is not recommended below 2 years of age.You can change the brand for better tolerance.By this age milk should not be a predominant feed.Give semisolid home based food for better growth.
