Is Ampilox And Cipzen The Correct Medication For Inflamed Hair Follicle?

Question: I have 'Folliculitis' as it appears to arise from the underlying hair follicle. Additionally, there is also considerable inflammation around.

Cap. Ampilox 1 cap twice daily for 5 days
Tab. Cipzen D 1 tab twice daily for 3 days
Cap. Pan D 1 cap twice daily for 3 days
Ointment Fusiwal B - local application till the wound heals up dry.

Just wanted to confirm if the above medication prescribed is safe.
