Being hones, there is no trustworthy source of information about this oil effect. In simple words its not proven so no one can tell if it really works.
For sure it is worth to try. For sure it contains vitamins like A, D,E and K. And it might be much healthier than regular oil. But if it helps loosing weight, I do not think so.
To loose weight, you need to limit calories intake and start physical activity. You can not expect that an oil will do the job for you.
