Can be given.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Ideally there should be gap between Azithral and food intake for a better absorption. But as such this is not going to cause any problem.
In clinical practice we advice like this only but patients take according you their convenience and they even then get good results.
So don't worry taking food and Azithral with not a gap of 2 hours is not going to cause any problem.
There are no safety concerns in such regard.
So don't worry.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Dear XXXXXXX
If this is viral fever, it might take upto 5 days to get better.
I am just worried that why his throat pain still persisting even after 3 days of antibiotic therapy.
If possible just click a photograph of his throat open and send it to me, as i need to rule out in case it is follicular pharyngitis. Because if it is follicular pharyngitis then treatment would be Augmentin.
Also, get him Chlorohexidine gargles 3 times a day.
If you have any further query please ask me.
