Question : For the last 2 years of repeated BCG therapy, my early stage bladder cancer kept reoccurring with

BCG treatment it’s very effective in early stage of bladder cancer despite the side effects
May be in your case if the cancer keep regretting than Cystectomy (removal of the bladder) is considered . cystectomy can be used when many superficial cancers or when a superficial cancer continues to grow (or seems to be spreading) despite treatment.
