Question : Hi!
I am a 51 year old woman with a BP of 131/58 & a pulse rate of 86. Is this normal?

Yes this is absolutely normal. Only the diastolic pressure of 58mmHg is on the lower side but since the readings are from Electronic Sphygmomanometer, it would be considered normal.
Your pulse rate is also normal.
