Is BP Of 170/90 Dangerous?

Question : my bp is 170/90...right before i took it i started feeling a little light headed and funny...should i be concerned?

What you're experiencing is related to hypertension. You should be concern somehow because untreated hypertension may lead to serious medical conditions (such as stroke, heart attack , renal failure).

However you shouldn't worry to much because the mentioned complications happens several years after untreated hypertension.

I recommend contacting your doctor and discussing with him or her about increasing the effectiveness of you your BP medication regime.
