Brief Answer:
Monitor Blood pressure regularly and take steps as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
i have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Headcahe in neck region may be due to cervical spondylosis or muscle spasm. Hypertension related headache occurs usually with very raised blood pressure.
Second concern is increased reading of blood pressure with normal readings earlier.
The reasons may be many like change of BP instrument , wrong measurement, measuring just after exertion (without sitting or supine position for few minutes),
White coat hypertension(Increased BP in presence or visit to doctor).
The medications are prescribed if 2 or more readings of raised BP at different occasions are recorded.
It is advisable to continue walking, decreased salt intake and BP monitoring for few days.
Consult again your doctor with BP readings after 2 weeks.
For headache and neck pain you can take pain killers (aceclofenac, naproxen) for 2-3 day. Continuos treatment may be prescribed if headache persists.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
