Is CMIA DUO Test Done Post 28 Days Of Exposure Conclusive?
Question: Sir I have fear of HIV I had come across 3 sexual incident with all different sex workers in XXXXXXX on 11th , 17th and 28th may the intercourse on 17th may had a condom breakage incident while other 2 where safe I think on 31th may I fell chill and had fever then a faituge is there which makes me very weak I relate this with worst flu on 31th may I had tested for HIV with duo antigen p24 test(cima) which came negative after that I had chest and arm red spots which increases my anxiety and fear I feel weak day by day I feel worst fatigue I tested on 6th XXXXXXX with same test which also came negative with same index value 0.07 I had fear of cold I had low grade fever also I tested with fever panel test also include typiod malaira which all comes negative which increases my fear and tension I feel that my one of my lympes node (the testicle ball)also enlarges I went to the sex worker but she was not there I some how manage to get her number and talk to her she said she is fine but didnt ready to come with me for test I tested on 14th XXXXXXX a 28 days after the high risk exposure and it came out to be the same index value I did all test in same lab dar lal path lab they use ciam method . for that
Now I am feeling sore throat also I didn't sleep from past few weeks I sweat a alot in day and night and I am in depression and fear of HIV I read all day and night about HIV which make me more tired and weak I always feel back side knee pain I heard that duo test is good at 28th day a lot of negative thoughts are coming in my mind the girl send me some reports about HIV on my number but I didn't know her name how can I trust her but I am feeling heat and weak while walking also. Only negative thoughts comes in my mind why I had flu at this point of time why I had red rahes on my chest and one on arm on this point of time .is I am infected I feel nausea by this ,my leg and hand muscles vibrates some time I think I lost all my life in few time I cry and feel guilty my white blood cell show little above the boder line which also increase my anxiety and fear

Sir I have consulted to a local physician he gave me anxiety medicine and but he say that you are 95-96% chance not affected but told me to have tested at 3 month period which increase my anxiety I can't spend a day without fear the doctor told me to engage myself in social activity and divert the mind from that topic but when I woke up every morning I feel so weak and tired and I start looking for symptoms on my body I used to run 3km daily but now I even can't walk to 3 km I sweat in 3km some time I had losse motion then the thought came in mind is that it may be due to the virus like wise is my pain in throat these all increase my anxiety my physician told me 4th gen test is good one but you need to test at 3month period I can bear this situation till three month. Sir my last incident I thought safe as I use protection but still I doubt that as after 4 days that last intercousre I start feeling sick and last incident occurred only 18 day on test for p24.

Sir I contacted a dr lal path lab and they have hiv 2 detection pcr test so should I go for hiv 2 pcr as you said HIV 1 is ruled out by 4th generation duo test on 30th day . now it almost 40 days of the high risk exposure so should I go for HIV 2 detection pcr and how reliable is this test on 50 and 25 days of my two exposures sir help me I am really frustrated with what I have done .

Sir today I tested again with 4th gen duo test with Dr lal path lab it cover my last exposure at period of 26 days and high exposure (condom break) almost 38 days but in my last 3 test every time I got the index value 0.07 but this time today I got 0.12 index value. Sir i feel so sick and weak I have changed a lot of doctors and have all tests but nothing was there except increase in no. Of wbc . Sir I went to a alternate medicine sexologist who examine my penis and say you don't have any cut over penis so transmission probability is 1 out of 500 and say if these symptoms are of ASR then pcr RNA would have detected it or p24 was there. But sir still I have fear by reading online that HIV 2 is prevalent in XXXXXXX and it has high chance of missing the test . it has longer window period . my sexologist say you need a physciatrist but when I went to the the physciatrist he increases my fear by saying that you need to retest After 3 month and then 6 month . Sir today I got 102 degree fever and cough shortness of breath after 52 days of my last sex activity and 64 day of condom break with sex workers. Sir I took paracetamol and combeflem for 2 days for fever and fevers comes down but again rashes rises over my chest, shoulder and wrist . sir I really fear of testing again at 3 month which is 1 month more sir what you opinion about my status . first I was happy when I receive my hiv 2 RNA pcr but now after reading online and then this fever again raise my anxiety and fear.
