                                    Brief Answer:
Report is conclusive of not having HIV
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic,
I have gone through your history and the report and it is completely conclusive of No HIV infection.
Chemiluminescent Microparticle Immunoassay(CMIA) is a fourth generation test used to test for HIV1/2. P24 antigen of HIV virus can be detected by this test as early as 10 days. As your test was done at 14 weeks of possible exposure antibody for HIV 1 and 2 are non reactive is conclusive of not having HIV infection.
Your test report is final and 100% alright and just relax don't bother about HIV infection.
Thank you.

In 4th Generation test it shows antigen rating as well. But in my report it shows only non-reactive antibody test. That is my confusion. Can you please reply my question? It is really making a confusion. I mailed to SRL and not got a suitable reply. If it is a 4th Gen test why Antigen rating not shown? Is it possible to perform only antibody test with CMIA method not antigen?

                                    Brief Answer:
No need for antigen testing
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome back to Healthcare Magic,
The HIV antigen should be detected at the earliest following your possible exposure. As you have tested after 14 weeks of possible exposure the body immune system would have identified the antigen and produced the antibodies.
So there is no point in detecting HIV antigen so they have tested for HIV 1 and 2, which has turned up Non reactive.
So this test is very sensitive and conclusive that you are not having HIV infection.
Thank you.

Can HIV transmits via deep kissing? This incident happened recently. Many doctors and web sites saying its not possible and few saying its possible. Did you see any such cases. After 80 days of that incident i have throat pain with cough generating phlegm ( not much in quantity). Is it related to other STD?
