Question : I have Crohn's disease. I have heard all by word of mouth that cannabis is being used in the natural pathie world as a real treatment for Crohn's disease. Is there truth to that?
Brief Answer:
no
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Cannabis has no any effect on Crohns disease nor positive or negative. All it can do is to temporarily reduce pain so you dont need to expect anything. So canabis is not medically justified for Crohns. After initial treatment with steroid and imunnosupressive medications, the third line is biological therapy which may be very effective in stopping disease progression. Wish you good health.
