Brief Answer:
Go slow on protein and creatine supplements

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr. XXXXXX,

Greetings
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic

To begin with want to congratulate you, for now that you have made up your mind towards achieving physical fitness which is very very important and necessary. You have begun your first most very important step.

Moving to your question do note that when you start with abt kind of physical activity in order to lose weight, the fat in the body first gets mobilised. That means fat reserve in the form of sub cutaneous fat starts getting metabolised and gets eliminated from the body. Even the metabolism of carbohydrates and proteins are increased in the body. This shall cause overload on the kidneys because all these metabolites are ultimately are excreted or of the body by kidneys. A normal healthy young individual's kidneys can bear this extraload. However as the age increases kidneys slowly reduce their GFR etc.. Hence I suggest you to go slow on your physical fitness regime. Also that you are a known hypertensive and diabetic (although it's in controlled state) would really advise you to go slow on protein and creatine supplements. Also keep in mind that there are no controlled clinical trials conducted on such dietary supplements and we donot have any authentic data regarding the safety of such products. Hence I would advise you to go on weight loss initially followed by muscle building. Simple natural whole proteins like Egg white shall give you all the required proteins to build up musculature.

Do let me know if you need any further information or clarification of required any time.

Good luck and wish you great health.
