                                    Brief Answer:
Get an ultrasound done
Detailed Answer:
In case high grade fever viz more than 103 degrees stays for long time or low grade fever with untreated infection stays in your body then it is harmful for the baby many a times but not always a rule.
Most likely there won't be anything to worry but in case you want you can get an ultrasound done to see the heart beat of the baby which is the only way to see the wellbeing at this early gestation

                                    Brief Answer:
No such problem occurs
Detailed Answer:
Firstly there is no such thing like damage to brain due to fever as it is very common to have it don't listen to non professional advises.
If at all there anything that causes damage to brain that cannot be guessed in antenatal period so since there is no test to evaluate just go for the flow.
