Question : I am 23 weeks pregnant. Recently suffered from congestion in chest and nasal tract. Also have a history of bronchitis. Can I take cetrizine along with steam and nasoclear saline drops. Is it safe? If not, please prescribe some medicines.

Yes, at 23 weeks, it is safe to take Cetirizine , alongwith steam and saline drops.
It is also better to take hot soups, nebulization with plain saline , massage with eucalpytus oil, inhalation of Vicks.
