clamydia is primarly genital infection and is transmissed thorugh vaginal or anal sex. oral sex may increase risk of throat infecions (oropharineal) clamydia which is different type than vaginal one. this is possible but rarely seen and in most cases it is easily treatable. It is not recommended to have test on throat clamydia unless you have symptoms. Wish you good health,regards
