Question : My doctor prescribed clotrimazole solution (1%) for use in my ear to treat a suspected fungus. It drains into my throat apparently because I have a ruptured ear drum. Is this dangerous?

The ear drops gets trickle down into the throat in case of perforation in ear drum. The concentration is very low so not that harmful.
