Hi and welcome.
This is so called antioxidant and considered to be an enzymes similar to vitamin E and producers mostly say about its protective effect on heart function. However there is no any scientific evidence that it helps in these processes of protection of oxidative stress. If you ask me, it is better to have vitamin E and C supplements which are most potent antioxidants. CoQ10 is not something that our organism needs naturally so I dont see reason to use it.
