Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi & Welcome.
Thanks for posting your query on healthcare magic.
Colimex (Dicyclomine+Dimethicone) can be given for the symptomatic relief of colicy pain in infants. You can give 5 drops thrice daily before feeding or when baby is crying excessively.
Generally it is a safe medication but avoid giving larger doses as it may cause sedation and constipation.
Continue exclusive breastfeeding.
Burp after each feed.
Give more fluids to your baby for the passage of normal stools regularly and to avoid constipation. Once he passes stools regularly, his discomfort will go and will sleep normally.
Hope the suggestions given above would be useful.
Regards.
