Question: Hi Doctor, my spouse planning for a Temporary Birth Control for a span of 2 to 3 years, kindly advice the preferred and safe mode to go about it, the general advice we received to go for Copper T, do its best or any other better and safer options available

In IUD, what’s the Method or Brand I can prefer for my spouse (Eg like: copper T, Lippes loop, etc.. ) else any other best brand available
Kindly suggest the best and safer way to go about.. So we can plan our parental life after 3 years

Based on my experience I suggest you plan for pregnancy now as this is right age for pregnancy. Delaying the pregnancy could mean the chance of infertility in future due to various factors. Think about it.
