Hello.
Yes, crocin tablet can be given to a 11 year old.
The tablet is given at 10 mg/kg/dose.
So you will need to calculate the dose as per your child's weight.
Crocin has 500 mg of paracetamol usually.
So you can adjust the dose accordingly.
It is advisable not to give more than 4 tablets of crocin in a day.
