Question : I am 79 years old. I moved to a retirement place 4 years ago and was taking Cymbalta when I came here but was changed to Lexapro for depression a year ago. I wasn't doing good with depression or arthritis pain and a doctor changed me to Lexapro and other scripts. This was for depression and loss of memory. Should I go back on Cymbalta?

What drug do you feel was better for you? cymbalta or lexapro?

You can switch to cymbalta if you had better response with it.

Also, cymbalta is a better choice if there is depression alongwith pain in joints.
