Brief Answer:

can be used but need to monitor closely

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Cymbalta will increase the level or effect of oxycodone by affecting its liver metabolism.

It decreases the breakdown of oxycodone so it is possible that you may experience increased effects or side effects related to it (oxycodone).

It is possible that this may not affect you significantly but would not be known till the combination is used.

They can be used together but you would need to monitor. If you notice problems, then one would need to be discontinued.

Fentanyl and oxycodone also interact in some persons to cause marked sedation, may also decrease your blood pressure and affect breathing. Would need to monitor for these effects.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
